I’m Petra, a community builder with a passion for creating connections and nurturing relationships. With a background in community development and a belief in the power of collaboration, I've spent the last 7 years fostering engagement and growth in both online and offline communities.

I thrive in entrepreneurial and startup ecosystems, having worked with organizations like Tezos Foundation and Factory Berlin. My past experience spans strategic project management, venture development, and strategy consulting.

Project:
despace – a diverse and inclusive Web3 community in which people were empowered to explore, learn and create.

Position:
Head of Community and Ecosystem

Scope:
Comprehensive Strategy: Created and implemented a holistic community strategy.

Team Leadership: Built and managed a community department and processes.

Engagement Initiatives: Designed and led community-focused experiences, including a €100,000 grant program, blockchain tech applications for artists, and inclusive art programs.

Project:
Factory Berlin is an innovation campus and community. It is a hub for startups, entrepreneurs, creatives, and tech professionals.

Scope:
Strategic projects: Led the community playbook project, co-developed a new business model, implemented strategic initiatives, and improved members’ experiences across two campuses.

Member of the Executive Leadership Circle: Contributed to the overall strategic development of the organization and the product.

Community programming: Created community programs and drove membership development.
